Preparing Your Paper

1.Abstracts and full texts of the papers should be prepared and submitted according to the template files.
2. The language of the paper may be either Turkish or English. 
3.The submitted paper should be unpublished anywhere before.
4.The topic of the paper should be in accordance with the scope of the congress.
5. Papers should be original in terms of subject, methodology and sources.
6. Abstracts including  at least 150 words should be submitted to the congress secretariat by the submission system until the date indicated in the calendar.
7. The abstracts accepted to be submitted and published by the scientific committee will be published in "Proceeding Books".
8. An author can participate in the congress with maximum two papers. The fact that the author's position in the paper's order is different or the author has sent another paper with different authors will not change the situation.
9. The participants will send their abstracts and full texts prepared according to the congress calendar through the “Paper Submission System”.
